AudioShell mp3 or mp4 Editor
Read the Instructions :
Most people do not read instructions as a result they are not able to use software but you have to read instructions for this one...
1) Download the from the link given
2) Install the software with the setup
3) Now open the properties of the mp3 file now you will see two more tabs instead of General & Summary they are Audioshell Information & AudioShell Tag Editor. In the Tag Editor you can edit your mp3 or mp4 as well as you can add image for that file
